Completing an online reservation concludes an accommodation contract.

• Check-out: by 11:00

Room and service prices are — unless otherwise stated — inclusive of Austrian VAT (MwSt/USt).

“From” / catalogue rates are indicative. The binding price for your dates appears after the availability search (price preview / quote) and in the confirmation.

Invoices show VAT in line with applicable rules.

Breakfast and other extras: as shown on the website or confirmation.

The statutory Vienna city tax is not included in the room rate and is shown separately in the booking preview / quote.

• If the city tax is paid online (PAID), it will not be collected again at reception — no double charge of room rate + tax.
• If it is not paid online, it is due on arrival at reception.

The breakdown shown at booking and in the confirmation is decisive. The amount follows Vienna rules and depends on guests and length of stay.

On cancellation or no-show, no city tax is charged where no stay takes place, unless the tax was already included in a non-refundable online payment as stated in the confirmation.

Pay by card via Stripe when reserving online, or pay at reception on arrival — as offered in the booking flow.

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Accommodation contracts usually have no statutory distance-selling right of withdrawal.

• Free cancellation until 18:00 on the day before arrival.
• After that, or on no-show, the first night (room rate) is charged.
• City tax does not apply where no stay takes place (see section 4).

• No pets
• Respect other guests, especially at night
• Careful use of hotel property; deliberate damage may be charged

Under applicable law. Innkeeper liability rules apply to property brought into the hotel; use the in-room safe where available.

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Jurisdiction: Where legally permitted, Vienna. For consumers resident in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected; a consumer’s local jurisdiction remains available where the law so provides.

If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
